protected text in document template not removable

For some reason we have created protected text fields within a document template which is not removable.
We have EA 8.0864.
Reading the EA release it seems the problem has been solved with the previous release: EA 8.0862 but with the last one it rises again (I suppose)
How can we remove it?
maybe we need to wait for the next one release?

Not sure about the Protected Fields problem at the moment, but as for waiting for the latest release.... we are on 9.1 909 as of yesterday.
