Error when running EA v9

Hi,

I have just installed the EAv9.1 trial version and having below error everytime I tried to run EA.

It prompts this error after selecting Trial Edition

Error:
Code = 0xc00ce558
Source = Line : 0; Char :0
Error Description = XML document must have a top level element

Then after clicking ok will prompt

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\...EA.exe
abnormal program termination
