Links to glossary in HTML report disapaer

When I generate an HTML report the links to the glossary disapear.
The links work fine when I am inside EA.
Is there a way to maintain these links in HTML report ?
I am using version 9.0 build 906

No, the glossary links in note editors are dynamic within the note editors themselves. They are not added to any documentation.
