MDG VS Integration 4.5 Total Crashes VS2010

Today I bought MDG VS Integration 4.5 and tried to synch with TFS and every time I try it total crashes Visual Studio.
EA 9.1.910 with MDG 4.5.07. and VS2010 SP1, Win7 SP1
This is really disapoiting.
