Visio Importer Addin crashes EA

Hi,

I've just started to use EA and need to translate a number of Visio work flows and business dograms into the package.

Using the MDG VisioImport.Addin,  as it progresses with load a popup appears with "EA_MenuClick: Invalid Parameter(s)".

After clicking OK (the only option), the usual Microsoft send error report message appears. Then EA closes down.
I also find the Visio file has been locked by EA. Have to close down vision process to release.
Restarting EA shows that some parts of the file have been successfully loaded. The 1st attempt was a multipage Visio. I sliced it back to one page and still the same problem occurred.

The same error has occurred on XP and Windows7.
I am running complete Microsoft Office Ver 10.
I'm running EA Version 9.2, with latest Visio download from MDG.

The ability to import these files will determine how much I push to expand the use of EA in my company, so hope that someone has come across solution.
