Cutting and Pasting

The organisation of my project is a group of requirements hanging off a feature and a group of features in a package. When new in the project I find it useful to copy some requirements from one feature to another, however I cant paste requirements into a feature. To get round it I have to paste to the package and then move them into the target feature. Why this limit on the paste function, when there is a way round anyway?

EA has a unique interface. You must get used to it since there is no way to change it. It has ever been that way and somehow all these oddities fit perfectly.
