General Board / Window positioning

I'm not keen on the default layout of the windows in the new version. I find the Project Browser on the right to be unfamiliar, coming from using Rose, Together and other UML tools.
I'd like to position the Project Bowser window on the left, with the UML Toolbox next to it on its right and the Diagram Window to the right.
With drag and drop, all I can manage to do is to position the Project Browser on the left and the Diagram window on the right with the other windows being created as panes in the left hand window.
This is not quite ideal, but I can't seem to get the layout I want with drag and drop.
