Suggestions and Requests / Support for compressed projects

Hello, I've noticed that the projects files are a little big.
Compressing they with zip or gzip the size is reduced to about 10% of original size.
Could be it possible to add directly support for compressed project files ?

EA supports a lot of languages.
Have you planned perhaps support also for Python language ?
