EA 7.0.818
EA 6.5 Java API according to readme.
RunReport, RunHTMLReport, they both create a report of the full model instead of the specific package I'm asking for.
The package ID I'm passing in should be OK as Project.GetElement by that package ID returns an XML that represents the correct package.
Is this expected to work in this version?
