General Board / Multiple projects in a DBMS repository

I am using the DBMS repository for a project and we have created a schema in the database to support that project.

Now another projects are in the pipeline and seems that we need to create as many schemas as new projects arrive.

Is there a way to have only one schema to support multi-projects ? Which is the best practice ?

Two questions

1) We have used EA to document all the use cases. Now we would like to extract some information of the use cases to build a presentation to our stakeholders.

The idea will be to only include the following details
Use Cases
 Summary (Use Case Description, Key Pre and Post Conditions, Actors)
Business Logic (Basic Flow, Key constraints (the ones with type = "Business Rule").

Any idea ?

2) Can I generate a report (RTF output) with all the use cases + actors from an EA project + some additional columns like Status of the use cases) ? so that I can use to manage the scope of the project during the presentation with the Stakeholders ?

Uml Process / Where to document business rules ?

I would like to know which is best practice to document business rules.

Where in the tool should those business rules be documented ?
