General Board / HTML Report: Charset for linked documents

How can I change charset for generating HTML Report of linked documents?

In EA8 it generated html page with utf-8 encoding, but now in EA9 it generates html page with windows-1252 encoding.

I tried to change Web Style Template, but there is any template for generating linked documents.

General Board / Auto Name Counter and UML Patterns

Hello,

is there any possibility how to use Auto Name Counter with UML Patterns? I need EA to automatically count Use Cases created from UML Patterns.

I set up Auto Name Counter of UseCases (Prefix, Counter, Active). Then I saved Use Case Diagram as UML Pattern. And when I create any new UC diagram from the UML Pattern, the counter doesn´t work.
