I understand where projectgroup is coming from.
Being from the Asian country where formality and military-like precision and consistence in such a small thing, at least to the desingers and developers, as the top and bottom margins of the project documentation carries significant implications...

Has anyone developed "post-processor" for the EA RTF documents?

   Here, here on the formating feature especially for the Unicode version where formality in the generated documents are very important.
