Bugs and Issues / Suppress EA warning when connected to cloud services

I have created a script to clone a package and paste it into another package. (I have to retroactively apply parts of a 'template' package to existing parts of the model)

However, because I am working EA 13 from the cloud services connection (not direct DB access possible due to security reasons) the script is constantly interrupted with the warning that it is not possible to copy image while being connected to the repository with cloud services connections.

The interruption is costing me lots of time and causes confusion with regular users. And as there are no images in the package, this error not necessary.


Is there anyway to suppres the warning or just automatically confirm the warning within the script?

Is it possible to allocate from a connector to another connector or part?
This is specified in the SysML 1.3 and 1.4 specifications (paragraph 15.4.2.1 of 1.3 spec), but we are unable to do this in EA.
