Figured it out with a little help...

I had to open port 7770 on the Windows Server firewall. That did the trick.

I am trying to get the keystore service running on an AWS EC2 VM as was originally posted a couple years ago (http://www.sparxsystems.com/forums/smf/index.php/topic,30221.0.html). In my case I am using an EC2-micro instance running Windows Server 2012 r2 and tried using both the public IP and public DNS when connecting to the keystore service in the EA setup. I didn’t set up the elastic IP as the previous post did.

Neither approach worked and the AWS tech help wasn’t able to help.

Anybody have any success with AWS and floating licenses?
