My coworker helped me on this.  It is SOLVED.

here is the solution:

1.  go to "Specialize" ribbon and click on "Manage-Tech" button.
2.  in "MDG Technology" window, select "Strategic Modeling" and click "OK" button.
3.  in my case,  the selection did not stay after i clicked OK button.
.  My coworker suggested to reboot the PC.  Then the selection stayed.  I got this option in my create new model window.
4.  so lesson is if something does not work,  reboot PC first:-)

Hello,

I created an org chart long time ago.  Now I want to do it again and I could not find the diagram type for "Strategic Modeling | Org Chart"  in new diagram window.  I think it has something to do with perspectives.  I did select "All Perspectives".  I searched online and all the answers focus on how to create org chart but did not find anything which tell me how to turn on the strategic modeling option.

Please help.

I'd like to disable the diagram frame globally.  Is there a way to do it?
