PCS General Board / Token License and OSLC

Hi,
Does anyone know if the token license should work for modifying requirements via OSLC?
Using the examples for creation factory https://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/15.1/model_repository/oslc_cfactory.html I get status code 400 "'ss:resourcetype' is not a valid Enterprise Architect Resource Property" and the same for 'ss:parentresourceidentifier'. However if I omit them I get status code 400 "XML does not contain all the required Properties for creating the Enterprise Architect Resource"
Using the examples here https://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/15.1/model_repository/creation_factory.html which seems to be for cloud based repositories rather than specifically for Pro Cloud Server I can create the requirement but not modify it.
