Uml Process / The difference between Business Actor & System Actor

what is the difference between Business Actor & System Actor in action ?I have several information systems, including CRM, ORM,HCM and ... , now I want to create Use Case diagram.These  information systems are system Use case?and  users who work with these systems, including the customers and the warehouse manager are Business Use case and why?

If we only want to have a photo output, you are right, but if we want to create a document from diagrams and scenarios in the report builder, is there a way?

Is it possible to change the business actor and business use case form to system actor and system use case by default in the whole program?
