Fixed my own problem  

fyi for anyone interrested:
when closing down the eap file EA crashed and the lock file ".ldb" was stil there as a remnant. I deleted that and EA opened the eap file just fine

I have an EAp file that will not open - opened yesterday will not open today. when looking at the file in windows explorer it has a large question mark symbol (?) super imposed over it.

Does anyone know what this means and if there is a fix?

I am using EA version 6.5

Bugs and Issues / Importing Model images - display issue

I'm using a vesrion controled model (svn) with multiple users. I have imported custom images (jpegs) and used them as alternative images on some Activity elelments. Since each users has there own model file and gets updates from svn repository I have exported my model images and sent that xml file to the other isers to import so they see the same custom images.

Issue: Some users see the correct images when they import and others do not, they get random images displaying.

has anyone seen this r come across a solution?
