Suggestions and Requests / Auto redirect to https (WebEA)

Hi,
Yesterday I have success implementing our WebEA from http into https.
But, I have tried to auto redirect from http web into https, alternatively I’ve also try to using URL Rewrite on IIS Manager.

Any suggestions would help me,

Any kind of specific requirements to set?

The Type is Requirement, and the stereotype is Functional.
Program Version : 15.2.1559
Pro Cloud Server
Registered Enterprise Architect Ultimate Edition.

May I know the cause from this bugs?
And could you inform me how to solve this as soon as possible? thanks in advance!

Bugs and Issues / Freezing and Force Close DesktopApp

Some elements that I've drag from browser menu extends to the bottom of the diagram, I even can't resize, then the Desktop Apps totally freezing for a couple of minutes, and then forced close.

I cannot directly open the composite diagram by click on the diagram (graphical view), I have to find on browser to choose the composite diagram

Hi,
We have succesfully installed Pro Cloud Server in our company but we still encounter an issue
We have already sync and transfer the file project into the Sparx Desktop Application

If we started at WebEA and open the composite diagram, is there any reason for why we cannot directly open the composite diagram? we have to repeatedly click on the browser tab.

Bugs and Issues / LDAP Authentication Login in Pro Cloud Server

Hi,
We have successfully installed Pro Cloud Server in our company but we still encounter an issue

We are having trouble with LDAP authentication:
If we connect to our company network using VPN (remote from out of office), we cannot access repository using LDAP login. It would take a long time trying to connect and eventually will display pop-up windows requesting user and password (user application)

Meantime, If we connect to our company network not using VPN (directly inside company network), we can access repository using LDAP login


Do you have any solution for this issue?
We need to resolve this issue since we implement policy which required all application should be able to be accessed using LDAP authentication.
