General Board / RTF Report Table of Contents Spacing
« on: June 05, 2010, 12:43:01 am »
How do you adjust the line spacing within the Table of Contents in an RTF report?  I have tried selecting the TOC content in the master template, then going to paragraph spacing.  However, when I adjust the spacing, no results are seen in the actual generated report.  Is there a trick to this?  Thanks.

General Board / Location of Model Document in Master Document RTF
« on: June 09, 2010, 11:16:38 pm »
How do I go about specifying the exact location that a model document is placed into a master document?  I am designing a custom master document template with headings, text areas, etc.  There are certain specific locations that I want to pull in the various model documents in between components of the master document.  I can only figure out how to simply include all model documents sequentially at the end of the master document.  Thanks.

General Board / Re: Structure for Source Citation

hmm, I'm looking at generating a professional report document from EA, and need a "References" or "Works Cited" style page.  I was hoping EA would have a built in structure for storing references including authors, websites, publishers, etc.

Does EA have any sort of a built-in structure for citing external sources/references?  What is the best way to cite say a website where information was pulled to develop a specific requirement?  Thanks.

General Board / Re: Requirements Links in RTF Reports

Right, but there does not seem to be a way to tag the name of the source or target of the connector.  When I add in the section for connector->source , for example, and right click to insert a tag, I don't see an option for any item resembling the name of the source.  Am I missing something?  Thank you.

General Board / Requirements Links in RTF Reports

I am trying to generate a report that consists of a listing of all my external requirements.  Underneath each requirement, I want to list the names of the various actors, use cases, and other requirements, to which they are linked.  I thought maybe the {Element.Realizes} tag would perform this task, but that does not work.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Thank you.

Lame.  That would be a very useful and almost necessary feature in upcoming releases.  Thanks.

General Board / If - Then Structure in RTF Reports?

Is there any sort of If-Then structure in the RTF report generator?  I would like to be able to, for example, state something like "if there is a description, then print the author name here".  Thank you.
