PCS General Board / Connecting from a mac to PCS

Hi All,
I'm trying to puzzle out connection issues that I am having getting a mac client connected to PCS. I'm using CrossOver to run EA on the mac and connecting to Pro Cloud where I am using Windows Active Directory authentication at the model level. When the mac attempts to connect, I get prompted for credentials and it does not like any combination I try.
As a test, I configured a local user on the model and I was able to connect with it. But I can't get it to work with active directory.
Has anyone worked through this issue before?
