Automation Interface, Add-Ins and Tools / MDG Link Doors - Message "This image is not available" occours

Hello everybody,
I have a problem during import of DOORS requirements into EA.
I'm using
DOORS 9.7.1
EA 15.2
EADOORS 3.0.1
Windows 11 Enterprise
For each requirement to import, a little dialog occours showing the message
"This image is not available"
The import result itself is correct.
I connot find any hint in DOORS or EA log files.
Any idea to fix this?
It is boring because for more than 1000 requirements the dialog has to be touched.
