Automation Interface, Add-Ins and Tools / Script based loading of system model.

I have an existing system that I need to model so that I can document the changes that our team needs to make to the system for roll out. The tool has the ability to extract its process and configuration. I can see how I would use csv import to create the elements from this system, what I cannot see how to do is to load the relationships between the elements, it does not appear that csv import allows this capability. Are there any off the shelf or simple add-ins that can enable the loading of relationships between elements?

Actually, I have gotten that to load, what I cant seem to do is the linking. The csv only creates or updates element attributes, not relate them. Are there any simple add-ins out there to help with this, since I can only see how one has this ability through the api set. Am I missing something?

I have a large list of related dependent requirements in an excel spreadsheet. Is is possible to import via csv or a pre-existing add-in? I am just starting out using EA and my basic mockup is working great, but I have a lot of our teams project data in excel spreadsheets and do not have the cycles to manually enter this information. Any help is greatly appreciated.
