Suggestions and Requests / Disable adding new tags

I'm planning the system, with a lot of tags, and I'd like to disable to add new tags for my co-workers. So I'd like to give a list, which they can choose from, but they aren't allow to add new ones.

Is it possible to add this feature for one of the following versions?

I'd like to get some documentations about the EA database model. I mean, we've got an EA model with a MS SQL 2000 Database (used by OLE DB Provider), and I'd like understand the back-end database.
Could I do that?

Because it's a more difficult: our system is more complicated, and we don't want to use separated tags for every value.

Hi,

I'd like to design a UML model, with a Use Case Diagram. I have two Actors, for example Parent and Child: Parent is the parent of Child (Child generalize it).
Parent has a tag named "rights" valued "read".
Of course, Child inherits it, and if I set a new value to rights, it'll overwrite the Parent's value. (For example with "write".)
But what I want is the following: I'd like to preserve the Parent's value and ADD to it the Child's new value, for example: "read"+"write". I'd like to use them together.
Could you help me with some idea, how can I do that?
