General Board / Partial Classes in c#

Does anyone have any experience with generating a model from c# code that contains partial classes? One of the assemblies I am trying to model contains them and they do not behave nicely in the model.
Specifically a spearate uml class is generated for each partial class when they are all really the same class. Is the an option somewhere that will allow me to model this correctly?

General Board / How to link multiple elments with the same note

New to this tool and I am trying to link a description that is shared between a requirements package, a use case and a sequence diagram entity. Is there a way to have all of them share a common description or note?
