Does anyone have any thoughts, insight or helpful information on transitioning to Agile in EA 8?

General Board / Suggestions for sharing requirements?

We have a task to create and display stakeholder requirements. Our approach so far has been to use the EA actor's elements to create the stakeholders in hierarchal diagrams. The requirements are created using requirements elements in requirements diagrams for the each subsystem or component. We then create other diagrams to map each stakeholder to the requirements they are concerned with. In these diagrams we display the namespace so that we can see where the requirement is coming from.

We would also like to select a requirement and let it tell us which stakeholders are impacted.

We already produce an RTM to display the relationships, but we'd like to create a text based rtf document which includes title, notes and stakeholders.

We're thinking if we EA would allow us to share requirements in a folder not just diagrams, we could generate rtfs on the folders.

I suggest you upgrade to version 8, if you haven't already. It now includes structured scenarios and an option to copy your scenario steps to the structured steps and it will print correctly.
