Sequences are not supported in SQL Server 2008.  Set Sequences to False in the Object Filters section of the "Import DB schema from ODBC source" dialog.

Make sure the ODBC driver is the Oracle driver and not the "Microsoft ODBC for Oracle" driver.

No.  The Database Builder can only compare an EA data model with a live database...

Maybe you are using a 64-bit Oracle client.  EA only works with 32-bit clients.

Select your table in the Database Builder, select your identity column, set AutoNum to true in column properties list at lower left.
