Bugs and Issues / Failure on inserting an image on a diagram

I am getting a Microsoft Cursor Engine [-2147217887] when trying to insert an image onto an existing diagram.  This is occurring only with projects that use a data repository (postgres in this case); inserting the same image to a local project - one that uses the JET  engine - succeeds.

The full error is :

    Microsoft Cursor Engine [-2147217887]

    Multiple-step operation generated errors.  Check each status value.

This is with version 11.0.1106 Enterprise Architect and postgres 9.2.4

Has anyone else noticed this, and if so, do you have a workaround?
