General Board / Accessibility to attribute constraints in tool and generated document

In a previous version of EA we defined constraints for attributes inside a class. For example, we define an invariant constraint called unit and give it a value “m”.
There are two issues:
In a previous build of EA (1351) I can see and edit parameter constraints on the Features dialog for the class. In build 1421 I have not been able to find where I can see and edit parameter constraints. Please advise.
More critically, we want to include the value, meaning the “m”, of the constraint in a generated document. This does not appear in the output with the System “Model Report” template. I looked at the template and it seems that the only available fields for constraint are Name, Notes, Status, Type, Weight, and the Model Report template is using all of those. My best guess is that the text value “m” would be the Note field, but in any case this does not appear in the generated report, and I haven’t been able to get this value to appear in the report. How can I do this?
