Automation Interface, Add-Ins and Tools / Tables

Hi,
I need help to add a type of a table.
The element available in EA does not satisfy our necessity.
I found the State Machine Table, and it handles very well tables. I have to make a prototype of tables, and it have informations fields.
The table should allow add, remove and editing the lines, columns and cells graphically.
Exists a element in EA to do it? If not, what the best option to create/customize this?
