Hi Fred,

You can save your settings via menu 'View -> Visual Layouts -> User Layouts'. After installing an upgrade you can reload your settings via the same menu.

But I want to use the notation, where the nodes are represented by a dashed rectangle with rounded edges. Is there a way in EA to achieve this?

General Board / State elements in activity diagrams

Hi everybody,

I own a book with the name 'UML IT-Tutorial'. In this book it is written, that state elements may be used in activity diagrams. On the other side, Zicom Mentor does not list the state element as a legal element to be used in an activity diagram. My question: Is it uml conform to use state elements in activity diagrams or not? Can I use them in that way or shouldn't I?  :-/
