v15.2 – Allow Arcs to show GUID in property window (like Vertices)

Vertices have GUIDs and they are visible in the Property Window (and other dialogs).  They are visible in the Project section of the window.
Diagrams have GUIDs and they are available in the Advanced section of the window.
Arcs have GUIDs but they aren't visible at all!  :o  (neither windows nor dialogs)

The GUIDs are useful to isolate which specific item you are interested in (especially since most Arcs are NOT named!).  We can copy and paste into searches etc.

Please make the Arc GUID visible in the relevant dialogs and windows.
