Textual documentation in EA

Hi

I'm new to EA so this might be a stupid question.
Is it possible to store textual documentation within the project.

I would like to store documents like Vision Statement, Risk List etc. together with the UML documentation in EA. It would be nice to create these documuments as MS Word documents or at least to have som kind of editor to do proper text formatting.
