MS Access 2003 truncating memo fields in Reports

I am having a problem with MS Access Reports truncating the memo fields.  I was wondering if this a MS problem or something to do with EA.  I am using the most current build 6.1.786 and still have the problem.

I have set the Access memo property "Can Grow" to yes.

If anyone has had the same problem and found a solution I would like to hear from you.
