Document Generation, how to setup diagram padding?
« on: April 12, 2022, 03:20:33 am »
In EA 15.2 when generating word files from diagrams, the diagrams (with frames) have zero padding to the right. Even right-most labels are sometimes cut off. When doing CTRL-C in EA and CTRL-V in Word, the expected padding is present in the diagram. I already tried the page setup without success. I also know that I already generated the same diagram (maybe with an older EA version) some time ago, and it had padding.

How to adjust the padding of diagrams in document generation?

Edit: I added a bug report in https://sparxsystems.com/forums/smf/index.php/topic,46830.0.html

I think this is now solved on EA 16.0 Build 1605. From the changelog:

Document generation using metafiles with diagram frames will now correctly add padding between the diagram and frame
