Default Req. Type "Functional" is not displayed

Environment:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit, English, 8 GB memory
EA:  9.3.933, Build 933, Unicode, DB Version 7.0  - Jan-31-2004

Issue:

Default requirements type "Functional" is not displayed in the Project Browser

Description:

1) Drag  a requirement into the Model.
2) Requirement property windows is displayed.
3) Leave teh short description as is.
4) Result: no type displayed in the Poject brwoser    

5) Expected: <<Functional>> is displayed.

Remarks:

a) Edting the text  in the Field "Short description" or
b) Changing, saving the type  2 times solves the problem
