Locking Vertical or Horizontal Axes for Connectors

Hello,

I am a new user of Enterprise Architect. I started to like the application after I have modeled part of one of the new systems I am working on using it.

One feature that I am looking for in EA is to be able to "lock" the vertical or horizontal axis while laying out a connector, so I can directly get a vertical or horizontal connector without going further to its properties.

 If someone can help or redirect to another topic?
