BPMN 2.0 model - Legend gets lost

Hi everybody.
I'm puzzled. I use the element "diagram legend" to deliver Information about lines, colors, etc.

The legend's content gets lost, every time I close the file and open it again.

I hope for some tipps on how to stop this loss of information in my process workflows.

Save the diagram before closing it

Hm. Closing the file usually will make EA ask the user to save pending diagram changes.
