accessing details of a diagram hyperlink?

Any idea how to get the target of a diagram hyperlink through the COM API?

They are Text elements, and the 'url' for the target diagram must be stored somewhere but I can't find it.  The Name and Alias can both be changed and the link still works, so it must be stored somewhere else.
