Reverse Engineering Limitation?

Hi,

I am trying to do reverse engineering for my complete project using EA and it seems to be working fine if i do it seperately for each module but if i try to do for the total project(no. of files in thosands) it's not able to do it.

I am wondering if there is any limitation related to the size and number of files. If anybody has got the same problem, can someone tell me the solution for this.
