requirements and analysis noobie question
« on: September 29, 2004, 07:52:06 am »
In the process of creating the analysis and requirements of a project. I have my use cases defined and would like to put in a modelled version of the paper forms in the project. How and where do I put the modelled paper forms and how do I show that a use case uses it? I was thinking maybe a class diagram in the logical model for the forms. No idea how to link use cases to these though.

Many thanks.

Hi,
I would suggest to place these papers in either a business process diagram (some kind of analysis) or later in a robustness diagramm. The latter is related to a use case (you could simply place a class diagramm inside a use case). Papers can be modelled as entities. Here you can see how the papers are handled and how they interact with other classes.
