getting new version problem

I have a valid license (correct keys). I was going to install ea on a new computer and hadn't used it for a while. When I go to download for registered users it asks me for a username and password. I don't remember these (I'm not sure if I had them but I must have). There is no spot for a "forgot username and/or password - please email". I can't find the spot to get a new one. What's the best way to fix this problem.

Send a mail to Sparx sales dept - but don't post to this forum section  ;)

Sorry, I sent a message to the sales department and never heard back. I sent this note out of frustration in the hope somebody in the "know" will see it.

Hi Jestmitty,
When did you send the email, The team tries to respond to all emails within a 24 hour period and unless the problem is a practically bad one, you will receive a response in that time. If you have not heard back within 1 -2 working days, send me an email directly at [email protected] - with your details license code and registered email address and I will look into the problem for you.
