Class Diagram in early version

I have a Class Diagram in early version of enterprise architect, and i can't open this in enterprise architect 5.0.
Somebody can help me?

Can you describe what you're doing? In short steps?

Which version of EA did you create the model in? As far as I know, when you open an older version of a model in newer version of EA, EA automatically upgrades it (it does ask you first). Perhaps if there is difference of multiple versions you may have to go stop-by-step...

i trying file/open, and returns the erro:

"this is a version: 3.11 database. To remove replication you will need a base project(.eap file) of the same version. "

I can't find it in the sparxsystems web site

Try the following: make a copy of the repository (e.g. Base.EAP). Go to Tools/Data Management/Remove Replication. Select your main repository and it should show the current version. Go on to next screen and select the Base.EAP. You should now be able to create a new EAP without replica information. I don't know whether the base must be without replication . The newly created EAP should in turn open without problems.
