How much to upgrade

I currently have a license for EA Corporate v5_772  (which never expires).

If I upgrade to version 6, do I need to purchase a different license?

When you purchased EA, included in the price was a year of updates.  So if you get your username and password that was issued to you, then you should be able to download and install the updated version.
