RTF document generation

Hi,
I reverse engineered a header file in a class diagram. When I generate RTF documentation for this class diagram, the Notes column for class operations description is having "bodyLocation = 'source' - Location of method body in C++" text appended to every member in the document. Please suggest me how I can get rid of this while generating the document?
I am using EA version : 4.5. I don't want to change to a different version.
