I'm just started to use EA
How do I delete a EA Project?

Just DEL <project>.EAP, assuming you have  no DB repository running.

Hello again!
Well, if I just delete the <project>.eap file, the project will still be visible in the EA start menu... So how do I then remove it from here?

Is there no other controlled way to delete a project from the tool itself (so that the "workspace" does not become corrupted)?

Use File|Open Project  

You can remove the selection from the list...
