EA on 64bit machine?

We're planning to buy 64-bit Athlon machines running XP Pro for our developers, but need to know whether EA can run in this environment.

I queried EA on this, who advised that it should be able to run in 32bit mode, but they haven't tested it.

Can anyone advise if they are running EA on a 64bit machine?

Just to clarify on this, a majority of the developers systems here are AMD64, so yes, EA will work fine under XP Pro on an AMD64, but in this state it is only running as 32-bit.  I am not aware of any testing with Windows XP 64-bit Edition.  If anybody out there has anything to add on this front, please let us know.
