How do I set the Event Name for a Transition ?
« on: May 25, 2007, 09:37:26 am »
I want to model the transition between two states and assign a name for the associated event.
I'be been trying to write the event name in the Specification textbox of the Constraints tab in the transition properties.

But it didn't save the name (or show it in the diagram) clicking ok, and didn't activate the save button in the trigger's section of that window

Am I doing things wrong ?

Thanks

StateFlow Properties : Constraints tab

Enter Trigger name
Select Trigger type
{save button should now be active}
Enter Specification

[Save]

is there any way to show the Specification Name instead of the Trigger Name, as in case of a Signal as trigger? A workaround is to copy the name, but this would not propagate name changes, etc.
