bpmn in EA

In the EA package that we have bougth the symbols for BPMN are inserted.
but i wonder if it is possible to give certain properties to the flows i am making?

for example if I want to publish al the flows applying to a specefic function in the firm or to a specific program.
if this is possible how can i do this?

are there any workshop around BPMN in EA given in belgium?
