Remove (SVN) Configuration Entry
« on: October 23, 2008, 06:38:18 pm »
Hi!

I created a SVN configuration to allow version controlling of my model. Now I copied the model to use it as an training example. I therefore removed for all controlled packages the svn configuration.

And finally I deleted the configuration entry in the main dialog ("Version controll settings").

I then close the model and reopen it again. And to my astonishment I see the SVN entry in the Version control setting back again. How can I delete it permanently?

Cheers,
   Oliver

After 12 years I have exactly the same question. When I'm trying to remove SVN configuration details, I'm getting an info, that several packages use this configuration, thus it may not be deleted. Any ideas?

Hi, to remove the version control on the package select the package then go to Configure -> Version Control -> Configure Package and un-check the "Control Package" checkbox.

On EA version 15 The path is Configure ->Version Control -> Package-VC.

Hope this helps!
